POLEE was born from a personal journey towards gentler, more thoughtful skincare. Following a hormonal imbalance that led to severe acne and increasingly sensitive skin, a search for suitable products revealed the value of simpler skincare and a more mindful approach to ingredients.
This understanding deepened through the experience of caring for a child with sensitive skin. What began as an effort to create natural handmade soaps for her son grew into a lasting interest in skincare ingredients, their properties, and how they can be used with purpose.
Driven by this curiosity, Pohly pursued professional beauty therapy studies, including CIDESCO, CIBTAC, and SKM Levels 2 and 3, while continuing to develop her understanding of skincare and formulation.
These experiences shaped the foundation of POLEE: a skincare brand built on the belief that effective skincare comes from more than following trends or using natural ingredients alone. It requires knowledge, thoughtful ingredient selection, and balanced formulations designed with individual skin needs in mind.
Today, POLEE brings together nature and knowledge to create a more considered approach to everyday skincare, where every ingredient has a purpose and every step has a place.
